What does my ₹99 ticket include?+
Your ticket grants you full access to all 3 days of the festival, including: entry to all stages and workshops, access to the NGO marketplace, food court entry (food purchased separately), participation in impact games and activities, and a digital impact certificate.
Where does the money go?+
100% of ticket proceeds go directly to participating NGOs. NGO House operates on separate funding. We'll send you a transparent breakdown of how funds were distributed within 30 days of the event.
Can I bring my family?+
Absolutely! The Dark Carnival is family-friendly. Children under 5 enter free. We have dedicated kids' zones with age-appropriate activities. It's a great way to introduce young ones to the joy of giving.
What if I can't attend all 3 days?+
Your ticket is valid for entry on any or all days. Come when you can! Each day has unique programming, but you won't miss the core experience regardless of which day(s) you attend.
Is this event accessible?+
Yes. The venue is fully wheelchair accessible, we have sign language interpreters at main stages, quiet zones for sensory breaks, and volunteers trained to assist guests with disabilities.
